Our Story
Mint Building Services was founded in 2014 by Scott Benjamin to meet a simple but overlooked need: helping condominium associations and HOAs keep their shared spaces clean and inviting.
What started as a cleaning company soon grew into something more. As our clients’ needs expanded, so did our services. Property managers were facing maintenance backlogs, overloaded teams, and emergency repair issues. That’s when Mint stepped in—not just to clean, but to solve problems.
From plumbing and electrical work to drywall repairs and painting, our team began handling a wider range of building services. Over the years, we earned licenses in every major trade and became a fully licensed General Contractor. Today, Mint Building Services supports over 100 communities across Pinellas County.
